The staff at Shopaholic-Japan will attempt to answer your questions and dispatch your purchases in a timely manner.
We provide information about products which is believed to be accurate. If differing information is apparent then information provided by the product manufacturer will be demmed as correct.
Shopaholic-Japan does not hold stock but purchases products upon receipt of an order by the customer. At times we may need to order products from the manufacturer direct resulting in a few days delay in delivery.
Product model numbers etc may differ between Japan and other countries. Further, some product packaging images may at times differ from that which you receive due to changes made by the manufacturer. In such cases, the contents will be the same. When any product specifications changes come to our attention we will update such on the website. At time of your order we will do our best to ensure that website information matches product specifications. If some differences are found we will advise you immediately.
All product prices are inclusive of Japanese taxes. The customer is responsbile for any taxes and customs duties/charges when the product enters their country.
Once payment is received from the customer Shopaholic-Japan will forward the product concerned in the quickest time possible by way of the Japanese Post Office EMS service. If you require delivery by other means please contact us at the time of your order.
Once payment is received from the customer the purchase is final. If circumstances require the partial or full cancellation of an order after payment is received then the final decision will be that of Shopaholic-Japan staff. If required actual bank charges and currency differentials will be borne by the customer.
Shopaholic-Japan accepts no responsibility for damage caused by items purchased, or in the case that an item is unable to be used in the customers residing country. Please note that all products are purchased in Japan (except in the case of some purchases from some affiliated partners), are for the Japanese retail market, fulfill Japanese safety standards, with out-of-the-box instruction manuals predominantly in Japanese with some English and other languages. Please ensure products you purchase are able to be used in your residing country.
