All items purchased through Shopaholic-Japan will be shipped to you by either the Japan Post Office Economy Airmail Service (SAL) or the Japan Post Office Express Airmail Service (EMS) and insured accordingly. When placing your order please specify which service you wish to use. Items sent by SAL should arrive within one to two weeks to most destinations. Items sent by EMS should arrive within three to four days but is more expensive.

All purchases from Shopaholic-Japan are final. If an incorrect product has been sent to you in error, please do not open the product packaging. We will take action to remedy the situation.
In Japan, home electronics shops provide a free 12 month warranty against faulty
workmanship and materials on most products. If you so require, we are able to arrange
a longer warranty period, in some cases of up to 5 years, at extra cost to yourself. Should you find the product you purchased defective, please contact us immediately with
details so we can arrange a solution for you.
Should an order be lost or stolen in transit we will take appropriate action through the EMS insurance program.
As a service to our customers Shopaholic-Japan will pay all EMS insurance premiums on items, valued at ¥2million or less, sent from Japan. |
