All items purchased through Shopaholic-Japan will be shipped to you using the Japan Post Office Express Airmail Service (EMS) unless otherwise stated (alternatively using the Japan Post Office Economy Airmail Service (SAL). Items sent by EMS should arrive within three to four days and by SAL should arrive within one to two weeks to most destinations.

All orders placed with Shopaholic-Japan will be "human" confirmed by email. Any order may be cancelled any time before the order is shipped. If an incorrect product is sent to you in error, please do not open the product packaging. We will take action to remedy the situation.
In Japan, home electronics shops provide a free 12 month warranty against faulty
workmanship and materials on most products. If you so require, we are able to arrange
a longer warranty period, in some cases of up to 5 years, at extra cost to yourself. Should you find the product you purchased defective, please contact us immediately with
details so we can arrange a solution for you.
Should an order be lost or stolen in transit we will take appropriate action through the EMS insurance program.
As a service to our customers Shopaholic-Japan will pay all EMS insurance premiums on items, valued at ¥2million or less, sent from Japan. |
